I took this shot right before the thaw we had this past week. At a creekbed near my house. It's always amazing the different patterns that ice gives us. Also we can add water to the mix and you can get really close to it. Really can lead you to another world that is right at our feet. Hope you enjoy this shot. I had my telephoto lens on macro to get as close as possible to avoid distractions that would take you away from the pattern of the ice.

I like this one. I watched water under ice today and wondered if I soulcd get as good a pic as yours. Didn't try.
